The Gujarat Titans won the Indian Premier League (IPL) title by defeating 2008 champions Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets in the final on May 29 in Ahmedabad. The Titans will be taking away Rs 20 crore prize money from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) where runners-up Royals have won Rs 13 crore.
